The difference
Women-grown Coffee
Peruvian coffee is recognized for its gentle profile and excellent “drinkability”. If you’ve got a friend who absolutely refuses to drink black coffee, this is the coffee to have them try first without cream, milk, or sugar. The coffee’s easy, smooth and sweet taste notes come with no bite, while still having plenty of body. Rejoice by finding hints of dark chocolate, honey, and even tangerine.
Certified Organic
Organic practices encourage a more sustainable and natural environment and support long-term health by avoiding use and ingestion of toxins and dangerous chemicals.

Coffee With A Unique Story
This coffee comes from a select group of hardworking and dedicated coffee producers who are part of the “Cooperativa Agraria Frontera San Ignacio” Ltda. (COOPAFSI) cooperative in Northeastern Peru.
Astoundingly progressive for its time, COOPAFSI was established in June 1969 as a cooperative that considers gender equality of the utmost importance and prides itself on promoting “women-grown” coffee. Interestingly, COOPAFSI believes its female members contribute to the physical and sensory quality of the coffee.
In 2016, a committee of women was established to distribute loans enabling producers to improve their own land while also taking part in new developments for their kitchens, crafts, and livestock.
